We offer advice on dismissal, redundancy, transfer of employment and discrimination claims.

We can advise on and negotiate the terms of Compromise Agreements arising on termination of employment.

If matters remain unresolved we will assist in the preparation and issue of proceedings in the Employment Tribunal or in defending proceedings where issued.

We appreciate that redundancy and unfair dismissal can be extremely emotional and personal matters and seek to ensure that we deal sensitively with situations which are difficult and distressing.
